The problems of innovation development of Russia: energy sector and its prospects

In this article, devoted to the problems of innovation development of Russia, suggested the strategy of restructuring of energy sector of Russian economics.
     The decrease of available reserves energy supply, the meshing of process of its production and transport, the depreciation of pipe lines and gas pipe lines, the growth of environment pollution, at the increase of the population and the necessities in energy, create a breaking point.
     The most available way of vested problem-solving is the alignment on radical innovations, which makes revolution in the energy sector mix and its effectiveness, namely - the transition to an energy-saving technologies and renewable energy sources, which must occupy the key place in the system of the priorities and strategy of innovation gap.
