Threat of power safety: the long-awaited answer of the European Union

The question «to be or not to be» for the European Union is now depends on, whether he will manage to react adequately to threat of the power safety. If yes, it deprives of opponents of euro integration of their last argument. Today, when, according to official power strategy of Russia, power resources «appreciably define a country place in geopolitics», the NATO, according to the Declaration accepted at the Riga summit of an alliance, can serve as only auxiliary tool of that work which can execute only the European Union.
