System of state purchases goods (works, services) as the element of management region economy

In conditions of socio economic transformations occuring in country actual there is a problem of efficient control regional economy as a subsystem of a socio economic complex of country. In the present work is considered the system of state purchases as one of elements of management by regional economy. The conclusion that the given system renders direct influence on management of economy of region by means of creation of a subsystem of a supply with information of management by regional economy, and also creations system parameters of monitoring to efficiency regional expenditures on public account on purchase goods (works, services) for state needs is made.
