Investment stimulation of regional development of Russia

The investment of Russian regions is investigated. It is concluded that significant interregional differentiation in Russia in terms of capital investment. Found that lack of financial resources and low level of technology leads to the fact that all important Russia's markets are occupied with foreign investors. Thus there is no long-term policy of regulating foreign investment. A set of measures to improve the regional investment legislation as a condition for enhancing the investment attractiveness of the subjects of the federation is offered.
