System of budget finance agriculture of penza region: state, problems, efficiency

Penza region can not expand the number of lines of support of business entities AIC with the current level of state support. The share of state support in the region accounts for 5% of the gross value of agricultural products. The lack of communication between the amount you shared the resources and assessing the effectiveness of their use is the main disadvantage of the existing system state governmental support for agriculture.
