In article the role of a diversification of manufacture in saturation of the food market by domestic production production is considered. The basic directions of a diversification of manufacture and trade channels of basic selskohozjajstven th production of Republic Dagestan are revealed. The measures, allowing to optimise processes of a diversification by vertical, horizontal and конгломеративной in-tegratsii with processing and trade sphere are offered.
