Last years in Russian Federation on change to unorganized low building gradually come to the last complex development of suburban territories by building of the centralized settlements. The program of low building declared by the government within the limits of the priority national project "Accessible and comfortable habitation – to citizens of Russia" gives to the initiative of private investors an additional impulse.
