Effect of development of an innovative component at the expense of introduction of system of agrotechnological park

The author notes that development of small forms of management in agro-industrial complex, even with good dynamic of cooperatives creation in separate municipal authorities of the Federation subjects specifies system problems at present time. The execution of qualitative parameters and target codes of small sector of rural economy development does not correspond to expected results in most regions. In the article the author analyses organization of agro technological park «Serafimovo» in Baryatinskii rayon of Kaluga region that helps to gain mechanisms and practical experience of agricultural manufactures’ cooperatives.
     On the basis of the gained experience in Kaluga region, the author suggests it is efficient to do the following:
