Resource-based approach to the study of regional economic growth quality

The authors are developing technical theoretical approaches to the study of the quality of economic growth in the regions of Russia. The role of economic resources in qualitative reorganization of the regional economic systems is substantiated. The economic category “resources of economic growth quality” is defined. A model for assessing the quality of regional economic growth is proposed and the results of its approbation on the data of the regions of the Central Federal District of Russian Federation are given.
