Particularities financial-credit regulation and state support agrarian and industrial complex to Russia and Republics Dagestan

World financial crisis has aggravated existing problems in the domestic market of financing and crediting of agrarian sector. In this connection, the problem of creation of the effective mechanism of financially-credit regulation and the state support of agrarian and industrial complex of the Russian Federation and, including Republics Dagestan has got the big urgency. In the given work the analysis of a financially-credit policy of Russia in agrarian sector of economy from the end of 90th of XX century about one today is carried out; financial and economic indicators of activity of agricultural productions of Republic Dagestan for 2002 – 2008, and also dynamics of grants and indemnifications to agricultural commodity producers across the Russian Federation and РД for 2002 – 2008 are investigated; indicators дебиторской and creditor debts of agricultural productions РД for 2006 – and level of state support of agrarian and industrial complex are analysed 2008. The conclusion that the agriculture share in total regional product РД more, than in 7 times exceeds relative density of expenses for support of agriculture in the consolidated budget is drawn, and across the Russian Federation the given excess makes more, than in 2 times.
