Resource potential of health system of the municipalities and socio-economic subdistricts of the Republic of Bashkortostan

After adoption of legislation about local government creation and realization of the programs about development of health system are attributed to the subjects of Russian Federation. In this regard, there is a need for monitoring of health system at the level of municipalities, assessment of which is quite difficult problem of methodological character. In this article resource potential of health system of the Republic of Bashkortostan is analyzed and assessed on the socio-economic subdistricts on the basis of indicators from 2006 to 2008 years characterizing skilled, material and technical resources of health system. It is concluded that the differentiation of these indicators at the intraregional level is an objective phenomenon, triggered primarily unevenness in the economic development of territories.
