Dairy production in the stavropol regi on: experience practice and perspectives

Reforms, realizing in Russia during the last decades, influenced essentially on the processing industry, as a matter of fact these reforms found out the reflexion on the dairy production. The analysis of milk processing and production in Stavropol Region within 2000 – 2008 are carried out in the article. Dairy production comparative analysis of Stavropol and the others regions are given in it. The basic foods production are analysed by dairy processing business.
