The process of globalization is the deepest change in the contemporary world economy and it’s connected with the phenomena of the international economic integration, the internationalization of business and corporate integration, which usually realizes by mergers and acquisitions. Now it is necessary to be oriented in the types of companies’ integration, to reveal the basic purposes of companies during concluding an agreement about integration, to evaluate the effectiveness of transaction and its possible results.
