Quality of the economic growing region: theoretical aspects, criteria of the estimation and methodology of the analysis

The considered category - a quality of the economic growing of the region. Will presented notional scheme, revealling essence and contents quality growing. It is shown that quality of the economic growing possible to consider the main total feature of the transition region on innovative way of the development, allowing on four offered criterions to value the condition and efficiency of the operation regional innovative systems. The offered methodology of the comparative estimation regional innovative systems, basing on toolbox of the determination and buildings of the profile of the region on each of criterion in system region federal neighborhood.
