In article on the basis of the analysis of foreign sources the technique of system engineering of balanced parameters is stated, representing the system approach to increase of efficiency of activity and competitiveness of the modern enterprise. Experience of its use in the western companies is shown, necessity of distribution on the Russian enterprises is revealed.
