State and corporation partnership in modernization of regional shipbuilding and ship repairing complexes: opportunities, experience

The article is devoted to the problem state corporation in the national strategy of the economy developing of Russia. The article contains significant arguments about necessity of the state regulation of the activity economic subjects, principal reasons of the creation of the state corporations, objective necessity of the orientation the economy policy to create state and corporative integration. The conclusion, that cooperating of state and business may ensure success of the developing of economy, was made. But this form of integration is not ideal. The efficiency of the cooperation of state and business must be expressed in the creation of the stable business environment for the function industry corporation.
