Difficult economic and the financial position of the industrial enterprises, an insufficient level of scrutiny of conditions and possibilities for active updating of production assets, questions of increase of their efficiency demands working out of measures on management perfection by the basic production assets. The organization of resource management of the industrial enterprises, including a fixed capital, from a position of action of laws of market economy as set of processes, organizational forms of existence and control system development is represented in the Russian Federation still insufficiently studied difficult phenomenon demanding the further search of new methodological decisions and methodical workings out, answering to last achievements of the theory adequate to again arising purposes of managing. Their absence in practice of the industrial enterprises leads to that the management organization leans, mainly, against experience, analogy, standard installations and intuition, ignoring thus the scientific approach in such difficult and multidimensional work.
     It is necessary to develop measures on management perfection by the basic production assets of the industrial enterprises of Republic Dagestan and maintenance of inflow of means for their updating, considering features of region.
