Management of available housing taking into account risks and regional specificity

Insufficient volumes of investments into housing construction lead to direct decrease in volumes of input of habitation. In this connection it is necessary to develop strategy of reproduction of available housing. At rational use of all reserves the building complex is capable not only to restore available housing in regions, but also and it is essential to improve it further that, thanks to multiplicity effect, is capable to affect essentially change general economic situations in the country.
