In the article offered the managing system of Russian fuel-energy corporations’ business efficacy. Author offer the comprehensive approach for perfection the investment politics formation mechanics of Russian fuel and energy corporations, the significant element is competitive recovery of concern, especially working in crisis conditions and achievement in realization of system approach for solving antirecessionary tasks on new stage of development Russian fuel-energy corporations.
     Pacing factors are reviewing, have an influence on competitive advantages of companies and providing stable profit increasing. Also introduction priority of effectiveness management methods was recognized purposely for realizing the management principles in matter of crisis tasks influence for fuel-energy complex of Russia development.
