Features of the food-processing industry enterprises functioning and their transport service are considered. Less-than-truckload cargoes transportation routes planning technique is considered. As the goods nomenclature and a service network are significant it is resulted routes planning multistage algorithm. At planning demand change dynamics, consumer’s disposition, a configuration of service zones, presence and availability of transport fleet to production deliveries and some other factors are taken into account. The cross-docking application opportunity for the food-processing industry production delivery is considered. Conditions and requirements of the given method applicability in the food-processing industry transportation-marketing systems are resulted a technique. By the example of the wide nomenclature piece goods delivery the technology of cross-docking method use is considered, advantages and lacks of its introduction are specified.
