Modern tendencies of global economics development of forecasting and on their grounds scenarios for socio-economic development on both nation and regional levels. The author has analyzed the most essential factors which influence on formation of variants for scenarios of socio-economic development of Republic of Dagestan aimed at a long-term perspective, depending on the degree of realization of these factors we point out two scenarios for socio-economic development within long-term perspective of inertional and innovational socio-oriented development.
