Retrospective analysis of the development of light industry in Russia

At present the crisis phenomena, survived both by the Russian economy, and as a whole by the world economy force to analyze accumulated experience, knowledge, results reached. Without the comprehension of the covered path it is not possible to find correct the solution of the prevailing problems. At present to work is carried out the analysis of development, arrangement of the enterprises of light industry in Russia and those problems, which were solved in the historical period and which still one must solve. Here is made the conclusion that the development of light industry can contribute to social and economic stability and safety of regions.
