Creation of competitive educational system of Russia on the basis of innovative development

For increase of a role of high schools in innovative activity it is necessary to approach to an estimation of quality and competitiveness of system of higher education on the basis of the interconnected approaches which are most perspective for optimization of efficiency of indicators unlike the isolated traditional methods. In the present work the basic model of educational system of Russia, based on interaction of elements of competitiveness and innovative development is considered. The attention is focused on features of the intellectual capital, and also ability of economy to create and effectively to use such capital. The basic tendency of economy of knowledge as direct productive force where the key role is played by adequacy of the market of educational services is revealed.
