Development of economy based on exports of natural resources, has a number of features. Modern studies show that long dominance in the sectoral structure of the economy export and obtain industries leads to deterioration in the quality of institutes, technological backlog and social degradation of regions. As a result, getting rid of the economy from resource dependence and the transition to an innovative path of development becomes the main problem.
