Institutional aspects of development of an economic crisis on an example of the building market of the Vladimir area

In article existing position in the building market of the Vladimir area in economic crisis development in Russia (the end of 2008 - the beginning of 2010) is considered. The building market has undergone a number institutional change. The law «About the self-regulating organizations» has taken effect from the beginning of 2010.
     Dynamics of development of the basic segments of the regional building market with 2005 for 2009 is presented. In research the parity of rates of delivery of habitation in the Vladimir area in 2000 - is shown 2009. In the conclusion already existing and possible consequences of an economic crisis and a number institutional change in the regional building market are considered.
