Governmental support measures of agricultural producers and processing enterprises

The problem of agricultural and processing industry development, regulation of market for farm products, raw material and supply is quite actually. The article deals with the main trends of «The governmental program of agricultural development and regulation of market for farm products, raw materials and supply on 2008-2012»; financing of tribal and selection work is confirmed on the basis of comparison testing of Russian and European strains of cattle, structure of cost price of milk in Russia and Europe, the reasons of accounts receivable and account payable increase in Dagestan agriculture in 2008 are detected and eliminated by offering factoring services and the measures of Governmental support of agricultural producers and processing enterprises abroad are examined. The following conclusion was made: legal base renovation, intensive tribal and selection work conducting, introducing government business and using factoring as a new way of service by processing enterprise help to transfer innovative way of agriculture development.
