The investments to mineral-raw complex in Yakutia: problems and way of direction

The investment problems in mineral raw material base of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) have been considered. The results of state, regional, branch strategies, conceptions and programs for development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are analyzed. The conclusion of the article is that the investment projects of the large deposits of mineral resources are one of the main “locomotives” of the social and economical development of Yakutia.
