Availability of housing in the Republic Mordovia

Today one of the most important tasks of the social-economic policy of the Russian Federation is developing the market of available housing through rising the demand and with the help of housing credit system, and rising the volume of housing construction. Realization of the priority national project “Available housing - to the Russian citizens” has attracted attention of the country leaders, specialists and citizens to the concept “available housing” and to one of the purpose indicators of the project - the coefficient of availability. In the work under consideration the analysis of the housing market in Mordovia is done with the help of statistic methods. The coefficient of availability of housing is determined both on the primary and secondary housing markets.
