Interface of strategy of the investment policy of federal and regional levels in the field of nature protection activity

Process of market transformations of the Russian economy has put before the state the new administrative problems caused by occurrence essentially others, than before, systems of economic mutual relations, in particular, ekologo-economic interrelations and the problems connected with them in territorially-economic system of mesoeconomy. In article problems of maintenance of quality of ecosystems, questions of activization of investment in природоохрану, and, accordingly, perfection of mechanisms of an investment policy in this area on macro- and national economy mesolevel are considered.
