Development of devices of motivation of local governments to improve the effectiveness of the activity

Solutions of problems to improve the quality of municipal management are impossible without building an effective system of motivation of local government results-oriented. The article analyzes the major methodological problems of evaluation of local administrations. Based on experience in the implementation of devices of motivation of local government criteria are developed and guidelines are proposed to improve management processes aimed at improving the financial sustainability of municipalities in the discharge authority.
