Explication of the state economic policy at regional level (on the example of the rostov region)

In article problems of an explication of mechanisms of the state economic policy at regional level are considered. It is defined by specificity of subject definiteness of the prepotent managing actor. In regional economy it is small and average business. On an example of the Rostov region the state support of development of this sector is estimated, the data of economic-sociological interrogation with author's participation is used.
