Development of training for the regional labor market

The article highlights the issue of conformity of professional training needs of the regional economy. Vehicle passing the estimated needs of the labor market for specialists with higher professional education, with a significant shortage of specialists with secondary and primary vocational education indicates that the market for vocational education would fail to meet the requirements of the regional economy relative to the number and quality of human resource capacity.
