Solution of the municipalities’ socio-economic development’s problems by improving the efficiency of control and audit bodies

In the article the author attempts to explore the issue of influence work efficiency of external financial control of the municipal socio-economic processes of municipalities as a whole, as well as determine the relationship of the increase of external financial control of the municipal and effectiveness of local government socio-economic policy. Based on the analysis, data, statistics and reporting of various control and oversight bodies, the author concluded that the advisability of the organization and development of external financial control in the municipalities.
