State-private partnership in social infrastructure of regions of different level of development

In regions of different level of development the social infrastructure functions and develops differently, therefore by development of mechanisms of state-private partnership it is necessary to consider concrete regional features. In clause possible kinds of state-private partnership in regions Russian Federations in view of world practice are shown.
