The innovation economy of Russia: problems and solutions

Today for our country, the transition to the innovation type of the economy development is particularly urgent which requires the country’s own powerful scientific and technological potential with the intellectual human capital of full value. While studying the problem, it was revealed that the main thing for Russia today is not to be behind those processes that are taking place in the world in the area of innovation economy and in the forming of the appropriate international legislation. It has been concluded that the innovation economy based on up-to-date information technologies is a result of just another technological revolution, considerably more powerful than all the previous revolutions, and which is in the framework of wave processes and requires considerable institutional changes.
