The analysis of the development’s features regional system of the cities

In article the most serious problems of equation of growth of system in territory of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of dynamic changes of the cities systems is spent with use of law "rank-size". The author draws a conclusion that the certain failure of a policy of alignment of cities at development of economic strategy of regions in second half of XX-th century testifies to necessity of formation of a scale of flexible approaches to the decision.
