Modern methods of valuation of regional economies globalization into the world economy

In the context of powerful development of telecommunications and liberalization of labour and capital markets, in spite of the financial crisis, the majority of national economies remain open, the processes of globalization and integration being in progress. The financial crisis even intensified these processes, because national governments unite their efforts and economical opportunities to overcome its consequences. The region as the open self-developing system, invested with full powers to carry on foreign economic activities, becomes the active participant of global processes. For that matter the problem of valuation of the degree of regional economies involvement into the world economy remains open. This paper presents the analytic tools for solving the existing problem at the regional degree. The methodology of valuation of regional participation in foreign economic activities, and their classification depending on their economies globalization degree are presented.
