The estimation of efficiency of development of a social infrastructure of region is a key to competent planning development, financing and management of objects of a social infrastructure. The developed social infrastructure renders direct influence on economy of region as a whole. Authors on the basis of scientific sources and statistical editions have considered and have analyzed various approaches to research and an estimation of efficiency of a social infrastructure of region.
