The article indicates the features of mass-media clients, and the main forms of the companies presented on the local TV markets, the analysis of a classical services marketing complex is shown at its application for regional broadcasting companies of Russia, characteristics of marketing technologies in the relation with local advertisers and TV viewers are considered.
