Increase of competitiveness of regional economy on implementers of an effective state and regional social and economic policy

In modern economic conditions easing of regional disproportions is based on federal support in which the investment component plays the increasing role. In article conditions against which the base concept of formation of new model of a policy of regional social and economic development should lean are defined. Also in work priorities demanding decisions in the course of realization of innovatively - and socially-focused scenario of regional development, the economic potential of regions leaning against zones of advancing economic growth are revealed.
