Housing and communal services self-regulation in region: necessity and development prospects

It is accepted to understand regulation of the certain markets and spheres as self-regulation by economic agents without state intervention. Participants of a property turn in certain fields of activity unite in the self-adjustable organizations’ (SAО) which delegate a part of the rights. SAО establishes for the members certain rules and behavior standards in the market, and also the monitoring system behind observance of these rules
