Development of regional ACS in the world financial crisis

In connection with the crisis in the world of economy, the problem of development of regional agro-industrial complex has recently become even more relevant. In this paper, based on the cluster approach is defined mechanism of sugar sub-regional grocery ACS. It is concluded that the clustering of Russia economy at the grocery ACS regions is a necessity in times of crisis in order to strengthen both regional and national competitiveness, as economic clusters represent an optimal combination of market opportunities self-regulation capabilities of state influence.
