It is shown that the power and lead problem is actual in the modern world, especially for the organizations with bureaucratic organizational culture. Results of the researches conducted in the Altay customs on problems of lead and the reasons of stresses on work which closely are among themselves interconnected are presented. Are advanced: the problems, which employees observed or tested from outside the heads; balance of types of the authorities and prevailing style of lead of the organizations
