Working out of the mechanism of quality evaluation of a life of the population in agrarian region

Base approaches of existing quality evaluation methods of a life are considered. On an example of the Oriel region the technique of quality evaluation of a life of rural population is developed. The differentiation of factors of quality of life is conducted and compared with objective and value judgment by separate criteria of quality of life. Ways of perfection of quality evaluation of a life of the population are offered
