Modern governmental policy of entrepreneurship development has problem-oriented and strategic trends and is implemented with regional specificity consideration. Thereupon, methodical ensuring of regional entrepreneurship development strategy optimization is important question. The article offers the territory typology method on the basis of current small business development level and integration development potential estimation in the concrete area. Estimation is made on the statistical data. The basic small business development strategies are offered for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) districts.
