Given article reveals features and problems in questions of development and management of an infrastructure of a railway transportation in regions of new railway construction. Marketing and innovative strategy of the enterprise maintaining railway Berkakit-Tommot-Jakutsk, and also new approaches to development of a technique formation of tariffs on a railway transportation are considered.
