In this article are analyzed different ways to innovative management of industrial enterprises in region and also the need of scientific researches of optimal forms and methods of analyze of the innovative activity of industrial enterprises. The bases of the research are system-diagnostic and expert-analytic methods, which used nowadays in practice of analyze, synthesis and planning of decisions in economy.
