In article some features of development of regional economy according to model «region as quasi-corporation» are reflected. Opportunities of application of technologies of corporate management in system of the government are investigated by the subject of the Russian Federation. The special attention is given to prospects of use of the controlling combined information monitoring and electronic document circulation.
