Problems of increase of efficiency uses of the fixed capital of the agricultural organizations of region

The valid position of branch and the country as a whole is defined by not so much volumes of output of gross output, how much presence of factors of manufacture and efficiency of their use. In agriculture such factors are: the earth, work, the capital. The greatest effect of manufacture is reached, when manufacture factors are in an optimum parity. According to the theory of Libiha, the factor which is a minimum, or speaks is, «speed of a squadron is defined by speed of the most low-speed ship» [1]. In agrarian sphere it is possible to consider as such ship material base.
