The characteristic properties of the dwelling real estate market of Moscow and Moscow region were revealed in the current survey. The results of the classification of the municipalities of Moscow region are presented in the article. The municipalities of Moscow region were classified by the features of housing resources and the supply of population with the dwelling using multivariate statistical methods.
